We're here to meet your greenhouse supply needs!All footwear can be returned if it has been tried on, and not used. The rights to this determination are exclusivley held by Growersupply.com. There will be NO restocking fee for exchanged shoes, but there will be a 20% restocking fee levied on "return only" footwear. In return only cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred during the initial shipment. Shipping charges usually range between $5.00 and $12.00, depending on the size and type of shoe(or boots), and the destination. If the shoes are being exchanged, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on the second pair.(but there is no restocking fee) In both cases, the customer is responsible for getting the footwear back to B&T Grower Supply.
