Return Policy Due to the nature of the products that we sell, the only returns that B&T Grower Supply accepts are on muck boots. All other sales such as flower pot orders or emergency generators are final unless a mistake was made by B&T Grower Supply. Therefore, make sure that the product you ordered is the product you need. Before ANY returns are made, a return authorization number must be obtained. This number must be plainly displayed on the outside of the return package. If any product is sent to B&T Grower supply without this number, it will be refused. Don’t make us refuse the items you’re hoping to return. Normally we try to ship your order the next business day after you place the order. At peak season, this may take a little longer due to the volume of orders placed during the spring. Any expedited orders that are place before 2 pm CST are shipped the same day. Any expedited orders received after 2 p.m. CST are shipped the next day. |
