Flo Control Flo-span couplings

Flo-Span Expandable Repair Coupling Flo-Span couplings are produced from PVC type 1 grade 1 material, meeting the requirements of ASTM-D1784. The "O" Rings used in the assembly are of high grade EDPM, an elastometric compound. Features:

Double "O" Ring seal giving more protection against possible leakage due to deflection of piston in the extended position or possible contamination of the cylinder wall. Solvent cement trap located in the removable cap in order to trap excess solvent glue. Located inside the removable cap is an additional "O" Ring for added protection against leakage. Removable cap can be unthreaded functioning as a union and inspection for foreign matter obstructing "O" Rings.
